Mission Bay is large, centrally located, and has plenty of free parking and public restrooms. But it can be a challenge to painters (and photographers) because of the relatively flat terrain.
		Ventura Cove - At the Bahia Hotel. Take I-8 to West Mission Bay Drive, Sports Arena turnoff, then right to the bay. Turn right at Gleason Road, then hard right past Bahia Hotel to Public Parking.
		North of Hilton—bay view, pier and boats - East Mission Bay Drive—West of I-5 between Clairemont Dr. and Sea World Dr. Park in lot north of Hilton.
		Vacation Island - Model Yacht Basin - I-8 to Mission Bay Dr., turns into Ingraham. Turn left at entrance to Paradise Point, but then turn left and follow the road around the North side of the yacht basin to the parking lot and restrooms at the far west end of the area.
		Vacation Island - North Cove - I-8 to Mission Bay Dr., turns into Ingraham. Turn left at entrance to Paradise Point, then turn right to public parking area at North Cove.
		Belmont Park - Mission Beach-I-8 to Mission Bay Dr. to West Mission Bay Dr. go left then go left into parking lot.
		Santa Clara Pt. - Mission Beach—from Mission Blvd. turn east on Santa Clara Place
		Crown Point Shores - Interstate 8 west to Mission Bay Dr., becomes Ingraham. After passing Vacation Island and crossing bridge, turn right and immediately turn right again into Crown Point Shores parking area. Meet near closest restrooms.
		Mission Point - I-8 to Mission Bay Dr. to Mission Blvd. Go south (past Belmont Park) to end, left into parking lot.
		Mission Bay Hospitality Point - I-8 to Mission Bay Drive, take right hand ramp to West Mission Bay Drive then go left on Quivera Road then go left again and follow all the way to end. Or park in traffic circle to be close to San Diego River.
