La Jolla has great scenery for painting, however its traffic and parking can be a challenge. Most of these sites require you to come early and be prepared to do some walking.
		Children’s Pool - South of La Jolla Cove on Coast Blvd. Park on street — 3 hour limit — or park up the street.
		La Jolla Shores Beach - Take I-5 or 52 to Ardath Rd., to La Jolla Shores Dr. to Parking lot. Beach scene.
		Scripps Pier - This park overlooks the pier and the ocean to the west, trees and park view to the east.
		Wind And Sea Beach - I-5 to Grand Ave. Pacific Beach-Right on Mission Blvd. Turns into La Jolla Blvd.—left at Nautilus St. go to Neptune St. Parking Lot. Scene of surf, rocks, people, houses.
		Methodist Church La Jolla—I-5 to Garnet, right on Mission Blvd. follow to La Jolla Blvd Church is just north of Bird Rock area—6063 La Jolla Blvd—parking in back (roses too)
		La Jolla Cove - Coast Blvd. between Girard and Prospect. Come early, parking limited.
		La Jolla Recreation Center - I-5 To Ardath Rd., then left (south) at Torrey Pines Rd.— right on Prospect and follow to Draper. Center is just south of Girard at corner of Draper and Prospect.
